Intricacies of social policy — amenability to change

Summary/Abstract: The subject of considerations in this article is the state’s responsibility to ensure social security of its citizens, in particular of those most vulnerable and needy, without overburdening the rest of society. It is creating equal opportunities for all, without being divided into “privileged” or “discriminated” groups. Shaping the social policy of the state is carried out through corrective measures, including among others introduction of some legal changes. The solutions presented in the article support the stance that substantiated and justified changes that take social justice into account will facilitate reaching of the desired effects.
