Summary/Abstract: The Book of Books has always been a sourse of inspiration for authors and artist of all the centuries. Still, the aesthetic value of the text of the Bible has never been considered until now. But to speak about the aesthetic value of the text we have to decide whether the text of the Bible is literature in itself or is affiliated to a certain kind of literature. Is it acceptable to call a sacred text literature? Can we use the Bible outside the sacred favourite place which is the Church and the religious services? These are only a few aspects of a complex problem that we are trying to solve within this paper. How should we consider the Bible is a question for which we offer a valid answer taking into account the difficulty and complexity of such an issue.
