Summary/Abstract: Family and school are both sides of a complex process called upbringing. The family is the microenvironment in which upbringing begins. The school is the place for acquiring knowledge, developing skills, building competencies and for moral growth and improvement of the personality. Finding a common language between these two basic factors and setting uniform requirements for the child leads to better results, both in the process of education and in the process of learning.
