Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the current legal regulation of administrative criminal responsibility for minor administrative violations of the labour legislation (Art. 415c of the Labour Code) after the last amendments to the Labour Code adopted at the end of January 2012. A comparison between the legal regulation in force and the previous one is made. The study includes a commentary of many court decisions and emphasizes on the contents and considerations of the interpretative decision of the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as on its relevance after the adoption of the last amendment to Art. 415c of the Labour Code.
