About the Right of Information of the Shareholders under Art. 224 of the Commercial Act

Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the right of information of the shareholders under Art. 224 of the Commercial Act. It reveals its content, the form and the term for provision of the information and the place where the documents should be made available to the shareholders. The author concludes that in case of violation of this shareholders’ right the decision of the general meeting of the shareholders could be cancelled by the court on the ground of Art. 74 of the Commercial Act.
