Payment as motivation for the work of pedagogical specialists in Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: This report provides a brief analysis of the insufficient effectiveness in the existing systems for work motivation of pedagogical specialists in educational institutions in the Republic of Bulgaria, in order to motivate employees to achieve better professional results and a desire to work in educational institutions. An example model for the motivation and stimulation of pedagogical specialists in one of the schools in the Shumen region is described. The model includes an experimental remuneration technology in which the employee's salary is linked to the results they have achieved.
