Summary/Abstract: Architecture is, par excellance, both art and a science, perhaps among the few fields with such a profound impact on the intimate structure of a society. But with the assertion of the agentive role of objects and the dialectical process of mutual human-thing and thing-human construction, research on the site and dwelling must prioritize an interdisciplinary approach, in which the human relationship with the environment occupies a central position.
