Summary/Abstract: The European Union (EU) financial interests can be harmed by different forms of criminal conduct which are discussed in various European legal instruments and treaties. The present article aims at identifying the offences against the EU financial interests, as well as at determining the common features of these offences. The author also formulates the main characteristics of the fight against the offences that harm the EU financial interests.
