Summary/Abstract: The report presents a social-pedagogical model for working with children and young people from vulnerable communities, which has been developing for more than 10 years in the municipality of Varna ("Maksuda"). This model seeks a solution to the problem of difficult access of marginalized groups to non-formal education, aimed at the development of personal and social skills and prevention of risky behavior. Specific activities and results of the evaluation of the work model are presented, which show possible ways to support the process of integration of children and young people from the Roma- ghettos.
