Summary/Abstract: This paper covers and analyzes from a lexico-semantic and etymological point of view several common places (topoi) in my father‘s poetry, Risto Gj, Jachev. In this paper we were focused on several appellative and onym topoi in Risto Jahcev‘s poetry. In Appelative lexical topoi we analyzed 1. Lexical topoi expressed by nouns: angel, herbs, thunder, voice, mountain / mountains, stars, pipe, bones, cross, mummy, moon, lightning, weasel, sky, night, eye, slope / slope, mountain, shoulders, hands, firefly, sister, immortelle, dad / daddy (father), church etc.; and 2. Lexical topoi expressed by verbs: return (to) / врне (са) in dialectical form, as well as the verb‘s gerund form returning, and vjasa („hasten / hurry“), i.e. hurry up. In the poetry of R. Jachev a number of lexical topoi are met, expressed by anthroponyms (personal names, surnames and nicknames) as: Gjorgji, Mici, Mijka, Risa, Teonica, Veronika, but also by toponyms (which actually exist in the geographic area and those created by the author himself ): Rodevo (dialect Rodivo), Patele, Voden, Grebin, Bunarut, Vodenija and Dimna Gora (Smoky Forest).
