Summary/Abstract: In the last several decades, the complexity of contemporary life calls for significant changes from all areas of activity. The school, as an integral part of society, cannot make an exception, which means that these transformations will affect most of its components. The most affected seem to be students, but unfortunately, not all of them succeed in coping successfully with these changes, some of whom face learning difficulties. In this context, scholar learning difficulties can be defined as a significant decrease in pupil’s school performance due to its insufficiently psychophysical and intellectual development. Because the academic situations are too various and complex, learning difficulties in school are extremely diverse and any attempt at classification seems particularly risky. However, we propose in this study to look at some forms of manifestation of learning difficulties in school and some criteria according to which they can be categorized.
