Summary/Abstract: Notwithstanding the provisions of the Labor Code, as amended and supplemented, Law No. 52 of 15 April 2011 on the occasional exercise of activities carried out by day-laborers regulates how day laborers can run occasional activities. The day laborer is considering natural law, which is capable of performing unskilled labor and, occasionally, for a beneficiary. This works as a beneficiary cannot have only one legal entity (Art. 1 lit. b) not takes into account the physical platforms that use the services of occasional workers.
