Summary/Abstract: This study aims to present a few of the aspects regarding the honouring of the VirginMary in the Christian theology and in the Islamic world, honour which, even if lacking the coordinates of Christianity, still has its importance, especially among Muslimwomen. This honour was based on the Qur’an, in the honour showed by Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, but it is confi rmed in practice, in the daily lives of theMuslims, in the true wonders that the Mother of God is doing in their lives.
