Summary/Abstract: The article looks at the issue of inclusive education in Poland in the light of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. As the persons with disabilities enjoy the right to education without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity, it is essential to ensure that the education system is inclusive.
