Determination of estimated value of the contract with regard to inclusion of all provided fulfillments

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with determination of the estimated value of the contract both in general and with regard to the procurement of a specific type of contracts which are contracts for the provision of meal vouchers or electronic meal cards. The subject‑matter of analysed issue is determination of what should form the estimated value of the contract in case of abovementioned contracts, especially with regard to decision‑making practice of relevant authorities.
