Summary/Abstract: Article focuses on the in rem effect of lease in the legal order of interwar Czechoslovak Republic within the territory of Bohemia and Moravia. The goal of the article is to provide a complex analysis of the consequences of ownership change with regards to the leased thing during the existence of a lease, this not only from the viewpoint of statutory provisions but also through the outline of abundant caselaw in this area.
