Summary/Abstract: In the following text we focus on the expression of a preschool child in the context of art creation. We emphasize emotional experience in relation to the creative process. The experience and the resulting way of expression are intertwined with the amount of emotions of the child in varying intensity, which is reflected in the artistic expression, creativity. The expressive conception of many art techniques allows the child a variety of ways of expressing and releasing the accumulated emotional burden.
