Summary/Abstract: The lack of teachers is one of the factors that threatens the functioning of education. The paper deals with the presentation of data obtained from the trainees of the lifelong learning course, which will enable them to meet the qualification requirements for the teaching profession. The aim of our paper is to describe and discuss the data that describes the motives of respondents leading to the subject.
