THE CONCEPT AND ELEMENTS OF THE SECURITY SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: This paper explains the basic theoretical approaches to the concept of security system. The security system is a mechanism that enables the citizens of the state to perform their job confidently on a daily basis, without fear and to be able to make the most of the opportunities in order to improve their way of life. The essential premise of its idea is the absence of threat and fear of the values of a state, through the development and establishment of elements of that system. Approaches to defining a security system as well as its elements do not have the same meaning in basic theoretical approaches. However, the results of the research show that the inequality in these approaches is fixed only at the practical level.
