Summary/Abstract: Text is understood as a metaphor signifying social world of people. In this man/womans identity is not defined as „personalities core“ but as a social construct being more or less explicitly expressed. This approach to identity contest E. H. Erikson´s masculinist and neither to minorities nor women fitting model.
