Summary/Abstract: The author, a former student for a short period of time in the Energy Department of the University "Politehnica”-Bucharest, evokes the personality of Professor Cezar Antonie-Partenie, who was lecturing on the theory and practical use of electrical machines; it is stressed on the fact that Professor Cezar Antonie-Partenie was asked, by coming from Iassy, to complete the team of famous professors in Buchrest, that had the task to teach and train the graduated engineers dedicated to work out the long term Energetic Program of Romania. Professor Cezar Antonie-Partenie deceased in 1958, being 56 years old, remains in the memory of his students as a person dedicated to his teaching activity, characterized by clarity and scientific strictness.
