Summary/Abstract: The topic “UN for the violation of the rights of Albanians in Kosovo 1990 - 1997, according to the records of the Kosovo Archives” made an attempt to analyze the treatment of the Kosovo issue at the UN, the activity of UN Special Rapporteurs on the human rights in coordination with the diplomatic missions of the international community, the European Union, the United States, in the framework of international relations, the New Order based on the UN Charter chapter on “Human Rights”.
