Summary/Abstract: Teaching translation to students majoring in a foreign language is challenging for both teachers and students. While teachers are asked to combine pedagogical translation with professional translation in order to enhance students’ language and translation skills, students are stuck in complex language structures, hence use automation and technology in a non-useful way. In order to avoid such bad habits and foster process-oriented teaching, we implemented constructivist and collaborative approach in teaching translation using IT technologies.
