Summary/Abstract: The issue of aggression, whether it takes the form of individual or collective actions, has many facets, being an important factor in human behavior. At school level, the student, the unknown sea, not infrequently is pushed to thoughtless acts that do not have a rational explanation of the respective behavioral acts. The very interesting findings of specialists in social psychology show that not only students with inclinations and even pathological traits tend to have the same reactions in a situation of school or extracurricular crisis. Until recently, the entire field of child protection in Romania was treated in accordance with a constantly changing legislation, which was constantly subject to amendments or repeals. Although certain articles of different laws referred to children, there is no holistic approach to children's issues. Some issues were addressed by education legislation, others by health or labor laws, and other laws concerned only disadvantaged children. Different institutions were responsible for implementing certain provisions of the law, so that the whole process of solving children's problems was complicated, slow and sometimes unclear. Another problem was that, for some reason, child issues were seen as independent or unrelated to those of the family. For these reasons, there is a real need to integrate child protection and family protection policies and to review the legislation to finally have a comprehensive, comprehensive and easy-to-apply child law.
