Summary/Abstract: Old forms of society are changing and new and better ones are emerging. Society develops and changes according to its own logic. The directions of change are pointing towards constant democratization that strives for democracy. Modern societies are at different levels of achieved political, economic, social, technical and cultural development. They all have some shortcomings and problems in their functioning. So far we do not have perfect democratic societies. Even in modern societies, outdated models and relations are emerging that are anachronistic for the modern democratic world. We see such undemocratic forms in the emergence of racism, racial intolerance, trafficking in women, discrimination, various stereotypes and prejudices. The fight against these negative phenomena is long and difficult, it requires a lot of work and a change of consciousness.
