Summary/Abstract: Proper orientation and use of social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter, and their purposeful guidance in marketing efforts is a serious task that deserves complete commitment and analytical ability. Internet tools like Google Analytics are essential props when handling the direction, priority setting and the search for best methods in social networks, those that are used for Internet promotion enhancement. Regardless of the size, type or the enterprise activity, correctly interpreted details, found in a multitude of available data are the ones that decide and determine the course of promotional success.
