Summary/Abstract: Communication with clients is of great importance for the successful operation of an organisation, especially now, when our country’s market is liberalized. There is a huge competition where organizations are fighting for the attention and trust of each client. Good communication with clients is crucial to business operation and it should be known that the client is the most important person, that satisfying needs for a specific service is the purpose of an organization. The paper presents different forms of communication with clients. To that purpose, the paper explains direct communication with the client, communication via phone, email and letters, media and the internet, with a special emphasis on its advantages. Communication with the client should be based on mutual respect and trust.
