Summary/Abstract: The commercial success in business and production systems is measured with numerous of different parameters. One oft he parameters is the profit on the basis of which the success is measured (as the basis of progress) and the development of the organization. This study used simplex method, by using application programmes, within the organization of "Prva petoletka",in Trstenik, so as to optimize the production of four products - which is a subject to obtaining the maximum profit.
