Summary/Abstract: Company culture is a set of values, beliefs and actions. Successful organizations shape their corporate culture by analogy with product development and brand building, careful consideration of the overall concept and details. The culture of the organization must be managed - tailored to its goals and market specificity. Company culture research is a key step in addressing issues related to organizational development and staff behavior. The management strives to provide good working conditions for its employees, to meet their dreams and expectations, to create in them a sense of security and satisfaction in order to realize their plans. What is the behavior of staff during a crisis and how to motivate themselves to become involved - this depends on the level of corporate culture that is being established
