Summary/Abstract: The author, judge of the Metropolitan Church Court of the Archdiocese of Prague, points out some controversial or not completely transparent points in the legal regulation of the ecclesiastical court judgment (incipit, citation of case law, mandatory/recommended data in passages in jure and in facto, reasoning of the statement in conclusion, formulation of enunciate on the merits, instruction of remedial measure, etc.) in the article. At the same time, he proposes a solution at least on a particular judicial level, i. e. concerning ecclesiastical courts within the territory of the Czech Bishops’ Conference.
