Summary/Abstract: Further to the activity of the Constitutional Court, in October, five judgments were published (allowed objections of unconstitutionality) and they related to: The code of civil procedure; Law no. 247/2005 on the reform in the fields of property and justice, as well as certain accompanying measures; Law no. 165/2013 on the measures to complete the process of restitution, in kind or by equivalent, of properties abusively taken during the Communist regime in Romania, in its interpretation provided by Decision no. 40/2016; Law for approval of the G.E.O. no. 37/2020 on granting facilities in relation to loans granted by credit institutions and non-banking financial institutions to certain categories of borrowers; Law for approval of the G.E.O. no. 48/2020 on certain financial and fiscal measures.
