Summary/Abstract: In September 2020, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which the following: Government Decision no. 719/2020 for approval of the settlement and payment procedure of the amounts granted according to the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 132/2020 regarding certain support measures intended for employees and employers in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, as well as for increasing the employment; Decision of the Council of the National Union of Notaries Public of Romania no. 58/2020 on the approval of the Statute of the Romanian Notarial Institute; Government Decision no. 782/2020 regarding the extension of the state of alert on the territory of Romania starting with 15 September 2020, and establishing the measures to be applied during this state for preventing and fighting against the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, in September, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Law no. 248/2005 on the regime of free movement of Romanian citizens abroad; Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2002 on traffic on public roads; Government Emergency Ordinance no. 33/2020 regarding certain fiscal measures and the amendment of certain legislative acts; Code of fiscal procedure; Forest Code; Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system; Law no. 10/1995 on construction quality; Law no. 26/1990 regarding the Trade Register; Law no. 129/2019 for preventing and fighting money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and for amending and supplementing some legislative acts; Law no. 119/1996 on the civil status documents. At the same time, the revision of the ECHR judgment dated 26 February 2019 in the Case Ana Ionescu and others against Romania was published in the Official Journal.
