Summary/Abstract: The issue of the field must increase a high degree of difficulty, which generates variable geometry and to achieve the results of scientific research in the field and of the incomplete knowledge of the effects through practical application of biotechnology and biomedical techniques and procedures. However, we can say that faith, respecting the human rights and prudence in the scientific applications, in a word, Bioethics, must stand out for the application of biotechnology and biomedical practices used. Bioethics and Law create the necessary but not always sufficient condition in terms of protection against abusive applications of biological use and medicines. The future will reveal new ways of approaching the phenomenon, but until then, the legislature must be able to fight through regulations against the risks created by insufficient regulation and by the lack of legislation in some countries. This is how the idea of need for “legislative globalization” is born in this field, as a unique and efficient form of protection against the abuses, which can be made by the specialists in the field, who have a problem with professional ethics and who want to have benefits from various types of groups of interests, who act for taking over the political-economic or even clearly military or religious supremacy.
