Summary/Abstract: The article brings to the attention of today's specialists a bilingual (Russian-Romanian) grammar, almost unknown and rarely quoted, which is notable for the inner drive that generated it – the author's moral duty to his Bessarabian brethren, lacking access to learning Romanian in school, and which, without being a work of erudition, may be a point of interest for further investigation.
