Summary/Abstract: India is one of places where Muslims live most. India has been the second most Shiite place in world. Shiites are active in almost every field in India. There are Shiites in many sectors like politics, art, music. Shiism, which was divided into many communities, is supported by Iran, and it’s begun to be looked at by Indian government. This essay examines history ofIndia’s Shi’ism and Shiites, what they are doing in social life, their relations with government,Tehran’s support for Shiites in India and how they are in Iran-India relations
