Summary/Abstract: The presented paper deals with the issue of statistical literacy of students of teaching and pedagogical sciences (and within this field of study also in individual study programs). The aim of the paper is to identify the level of statistical literacy of future teachers and compare it in terms of selected indicators (eg gender, age, completed high school, etc.). The methodological tool was a self-designed questionnaire, which consisted of two areas: the first area concerned the acquisition of demographic data and the second part of the questionnaire consisted of knowledge questions related to students' statistical knowledge.
