Summary/Abstract: The Caspian Basin is in the second rank in the world according to energy resources it has.The Caspian ‘Sea’, having strategic importance in terms of geographical basis, is an area having been wanted to be controlled from past to now primarily by Russia and by some countries such as Iran, the USA, China, European Union and riparian states. In August 2018,a final solution was achieved between the parties concerning the status of the Caspian.This study aims to examine the impacts of the emerging new statute on the global energy market.
