Summary/Abstract: The article is presenting the International Biennial Interdesign 2020, with the theme Design the future. The third edition brings together, in a special global context, design ideas, concepts, styles and trends from three continents: Europe, Asia and North America. It refers to the evolution over time of Interdesign, highlighting the actions in synergy with the academic area. Some reference data for the first two editions are also described, focusing on the third edition, highlighting particular aspects of each section and focusing on some selected projects, mainly from China, Malaysia and Romania.
