Summary/Abstract: This article is an attempt to analyse the teaching materials and aids dedicated to learning Polish for Specific Purposes (Business Polish), with particular reference to the methods and means for reading literacy. The first part briefly discusses the strategies used for teaching generic language. The second part presents the results of the analyses and goes through the strategies used for teaching language for Specific Purposes.
