Moreover, the variety of space and contexts in which a teacher operates combined with the rapidly changing occupational environment demand versatile skills to perform teacher’s duties in a responsible manner. Evaluation is one of occupational competences of a teacher. The area of evaluation of a professional teacher determines teacher’s participation in the evaluation process, a process that comprises not only procedures for designing of the evaluation object and examination methodology, but also implies a broad system of social interactions between participants of the process at all stages. Evaluation is always a diagnostic and assessment process which encompasses elements of measurement, judgement and decision-making. Therefore, the article discusses and elaborates on the responsibleness as an element of professional competences of a teacher as regards the evaluation of teaching (from point of view of content and executors of teacher’s responsibleness).
