A LITERATURE REVIEW ON INDUSTRY 4.0 MATURITY MODEL APPLICATIONS

Summary/Abstract: Today, a transformation process has emerged with the introduction of new technologies in many areas and this process has become Industry 4.0 with its widespread use. A number of approaches, such as maturity models, are needed to assist firms in the transition to Industry 4.0 technologies and to save firms from their standard structure. Maturity models help firms be position better while defining the level of perfection of firms. The aim of this study is to go around the applied studies on Industry 4.0 maturity models through literature research. Consequently, it is determined that the studies have increased in recent years and due to the fact that the models in the literature have some deficiencies in terms of evaluation methods and maturity measurement features, new models are proposed by the researchers.
