Summary/Abstract: Psychologists are faced with many ethical dilemmas at their workplace on a daily basis. The aim of this Round table is to identify the obstacles that hinder the work of psychologists in accordance with the Code of Ethics, and to find ways in which the ethical norms could be successfully implemented in psychological practice. The presentations and discussions of the participants made insight into the most common ethical dilemmas in different areas of psychology (academic, clinical, organizational). According to main aim of this Round table, the intention was to discuss some of these questions: What are the most common ethical dilemmas in the work of psychologist? What prevents the performance of psychological practice in accordance with the Code of Ethics? How psychologists resolve ethical dilemmas and who they consult with when they have a problem? How Association of Psychologist in Ferederation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Board of Ethics can help resolve ethical dilemmas and improve psychological practice? How to act educationally in order to make psychologists sensible and competent for successfully coping with difficulties of ethical nature, in accordance with the Code of Ethics? The realization of this Round table confirmed that the improvement of psychological practices and solving ethical problems can only be achieved through continuous collaboration among psychologists.
