Summary/Abstract: While we previously described helplessness learned model and chronic mild stress (CMS)model, in the present mini-review we continue our interest in describing the main animalmodels of depression (e.g. we present here the forced swim test and tail suspension test), their neuropsychiatric relevance, as well as the way there are correlated with some related metabolic manifestations.
