Summary/Abstract: The book which is going to be presented in this review approaches the shadow side of the information management, specifically, the history of the secrete services from all around the world. There are included insolite details of the Romanian spies, too. Above all, the activity and life of spies are ruled by other laws than the ordinary ones for the ordinary world. These laws are overshadowed as well and there is quite difficult to describe the life of spies, which rather seems like a continuous war in shadow. The authors of the book assigned themselves the hard task to bring to light important matters about the history of the war from the shadow.
