Summary/Abstract: Scale models of ships are exhibited in the City Tower in Lovran in the House of Lovran’s Guc. This is a valuable collection of historical and traditional models of ships which were sailing in different periods of maritime history across the Adriatic and Mediterranean seas. Several scale models represent existing traditional sailing ships of the Adriatic. After the selection of ships is presented to the public, the exhibition will be supplemented with descriptions of the ship models. The first, second and third floors of the City Tower will then feature maritime history. The preparation of the exhibition of scale model ships involved a team from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral. In addition to the author, the preparation and processing of the ship models included museum curator Emma Marangoni and museum IT technician Tihomir Tutek.
