The program of „Budgeting in controlling” – my own experiences

Summary/Abstract: This article discusses issues in the development and delivery of a course in „Budgeting in controlling” (lectures and laboratory). The thematic scope of the subject as well as methods presentation and work hare been outlined, followed by presentation of the timetable for the lectures and laboratory classes. Factors determining the design of the programme have also been discussed.
