Summary/Abstract: The article considers the main aspects of the development of doctrines on personal incorporeal rights in European countries. The conceptual approaches of researchers to such rights have been analyzed. A comparative legal analysis of the legal regulation of personal incorporeal rights in European countries has been conducted as well. The trends and approaches to the ways of consolidating such countries in the system of private law have been studied.
