Summary/Abstract: In this paper is presented an detailed study trough the book named „Vâlsăneşti – un sat pe valea Vâlsanului”, author Vasile P. Moise. The study takes into account the documentary sources (documents and oral testimony) and compared with archive documents and preview published books and documents. The entire study is created like an invitation at constructive dialog for improving the existent book and for created an unsubjective monography for the village of Vâlsăneşti.
