Summary/Abstract: After the attention paid to the drawing up of the Peace Treaty with Hungary, the first pieces of information on its signing reached Romania less than 24 hours after the event, followed by thepublication of the articles in the treaty related to Romania. Analyses and commentaries werepublished in numerous press organs and were signed by outstanding personalities. They stressedthe justness and importance of the treaty for Romania, showing a concern for the promotionof positive Romanian-Hungarian relations, without neglecting certain less favorable Hungarianmanifestations in relation to those prospects.
