Summary/Abstract: The study makes an attempt at comparing the ways the national media of two different countires build and develop the image of the religious Other, in this case – of Muslims. The focus is on the thematic distribution of the articles and the influence they have on the presentations of the communities in both countries. The main methods of analysis are Critical Discourse Analysis and Content Analysis.
